What data Dreamscape stores

Dreamscape stores the following on your device:

If you sign in with Apple or Google, the items above are also synced to a cloud backup tied to that sign-in.

Option 1 — Delete data inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open Dreamscape and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Under the Account section:
  3. Tap Clear my data to remove your saved content (favorites, mixes, history, custom sounds, stats) from this device while keeping your account and Premium subscription.
  4. Or, if you have signed in with Apple or Google, tap Delete my account to permanently remove your account, cloud backups, and all associated data.

Deleting the app from your device also removes everything stored on it, but does not remove cloud backups tied to a signed-in account.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us and we will delete your account and any associated data on your behalf:

Please include the email address you used to sign in with Apple or Google so we can locate the correct account. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What is kept

In-app purchases (such as a Premium subscription) are handled by Apple or Google and are not deleted by Dreamscape. To cancel or refund a subscription, manage it from your Apple ID or Google Play account.

Retention

Once deletion is processed, your account and associated data are removed immediately. Anonymized aggregate analytics may be retained but cannot be linked back to you.
